It was my Final Task when I'm 11 th grade on vocational high school. My school's final task is like university final task but it did by 3 persons in a group. So, we must make some software or Information system (Dynamic site with database) from anything programming language. Then we made it with PHP + MySQL.

It is an information system to help school counselor for tracking student data and record their problem. We see that many school still using manual method to save counseling data by writing at some document. And we know that counseling data is very secret. So with this system, we hope it doesn't need many document again, recording/searching process become faster, and of course it's secure.

Actually we want to add one feature again, we want parents can know their kids counselng record from sms with GAMMU sms gateway. I'd learn it but because of short time, i can't implement it to this system :(
